Mailing to farm area

Hello All,

I’ve located a farm area I would like to target with a direct mail campaign. What is the best way to obtain addresses for the area…all in the same zip code?

YYou may want to try http://www.melissadata.com/listocc.html. They have lists for all zip codes.

Hey,
Who are you trying to target? What kind of motivated sellers? I go to the tax assessor’s website, type in the street name and get a list of owners on the street. Sort through them for out of towners, non-owner residences and even REO’s. Little time consuming but I can target my mailings and save some bucks.

That is exactly what I am doing. I’ve located a neighborhood with a large number of multiunits and am pulling the records by street from the PVA office online. I plan on doing a direct mailing to the owners. Thanks for your input.
