Ive been thinking of doing blind offers to the MLS.
Do you structure your offers differently compared to when you know details about the house? Do you do, say, 70% of value - 10k in repairs just to be safe?
Who do you mail them to? The realtor or the homeowner? Do you have to use snail mail or could I do this via email?
Sounds a little like hunting Quail blindfolded.
Do yourself and everybody else a favor and do the research first. Access the MLS and pick the listings where you have market knowledge and start there.
You should be getting calls from your adds in the papers , your bird dogs and all the realtors you have meetings with. How could you possibly have time to go hunting blind folded ?
