Does anyone know where I can find a sample postcard or mailer that I can view or print? More or less an example of one would be great…I am sure I could come up with something but if there is a proven template I would love to see one. I am looking for a particular style in particular. Background…there is a house up the street from me, elderly man, wife died years ago, house is in disrepair. Thanks!
To be honest I wouldn’t wait to find/create the perfect postcard. Just put down on the postcard what you want to say and go with it.
If there is one house in particular, then I’d just write them a personal letter directly to them.
We use www.click2mail.com to mail letters and postcards. You can download templates there and make your own and then upload them to mail. Right on scostell!

I use Click2Mail extensively as well. On the buy side, I primarily mail to absentee owners and/or high equity owners. I recorded a training calling with a new administrative assistant that I was training to take calls and read what my postcard says, how many I mailed and the number of responses.
