Is saying 70% LTV minus repairs the same as saying 70% ARV?
I assume LTV means Loan to Value? I see xx% LTV minus repairs a lot and am not 100% sure what to make of it. Seems like they want to make 40% profit and buy homes for 30-40% ARV?
