I am looking for a hard money lender for residential SFH in Louisiana. I have some cash and a credit score between 680 and 700. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
There are only a handful of hard money lenders that will do rehab loans in LA. Usually require higher scores with assets as you’ve noted were available.
