Loral Langemeier Wealth Coaching Thoughts?

Hi all,
What do you guys think of Loral Langemeier’s Wealth Coaching and Wealth Blitz programs?

Do they work?

Anyone has any experience?

Thanks in advance!

Andrew

i’ve spoken to several investors who bought the $5k coaching. i didn’t think it was worth it.

one of them also paid $7k to go on a buying tour to SLC where said was conviced to buy a $675k pre-construction flipper!

i’m pretty sure you can get by just by reading loral’s book.

Its my firm belief that $5k worth of books will help you more than $5k worth of coaching.

unless you’re really stupid, then forget the books just spend the money on a trip to hawaii ;D

Loral’s material is about running a business. She is big on entity structuring, using partners to invest in real estate, and oil and gas wells. You just saved $5,000.

I’m with niravmd - save your money and read some books.

Hope I don’t offend anyone, but I struggle to find any justification to spend that kind of money for coaching or whatever you call it. None of the most successful real estate investors I know ever spent a dime on “coaching.” Save the money, spend some on a good CPA. Ok, I know this will get some laughs, but there are better Realtor/Investors out there that don’t charge you a dime. Sure they make money, but not until you do. Huh, just a thought.

i seriously don’t understand how 5K would ever be best served by buying a course or seminar on investing, when 5K seems to be enough for the down payment on a wicked crappy home. i mean 5K is 10% of 50K, aren’t there houses in this country that you could buy for 50K?

unless i’m missing something, it seems like you could just get a (very) cheap investment property and get a ton of experience and hopefully make a profit, or you could take a prepackaged course.
