I don’t know if this is apporiate here but i’ve been looking for hard money in ky. for aproject I have. Ive talked to the hard moneypeople on the list at this site and everyone goes by credit which mine is not good. This project will net me 10 to 15k which is life changing for me rite know.Hoping somebody would know somebody who could help. Thankyou in advance.

Where are you in Ky? I am in Lexington. I have a great hard money lender that I have worked with and would be glad to share the info. They look mainly at your property and not so much at your credit.
