Ok Everyone Hello,
I have found a building in a vibrant downtown. It is has the abilty to be declared a historical bldg. It has a community that is in need of a condominium development. The project would cost about 1 mil to complete maybe less if we can pool trade resources. It is a 3 story building. After units were sold it would have a value of over 2 mil and it has a storefront that a cafe or market or hairsalon etc could go in. The projected plan would include a fitness center and clubhouse with a bar and lounge with an atrium for residents use. What are your thoughts?
