Looking to expand my horizons- Home Study Courses? Phill Grove??

I’ve just successfully completed my first REI project. I rehabbed a 4 unit apartment building that I intend to hold. However, I would like to learn about other aspects of doing deals. Most of the free information tells me what can be done, ie. lease options, sub 2, etc. but not how to do it.

I’m considering buying the home study course by Phill Grove. Does anyone have any experience with him?

Not familiar with him. But you can also check out Claude Diamond, Bill Bronchik, and Michael Carbonare. All have good info on options and lease options.
