Looking to Bird Dog in PA

I’m new to this forum and real estate investment.

Could anyone tell me how to find investors looking for people to bird dog for them. I have seen several homes, just in my neighborhood that are FSBO.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I invest in PA in the Philadelphia suburbs. Where in PA are you located?

FSBOs are not that good of a thing to bird dog. For one, if a rehabber were looking for FSBOs, he could just look in the newspaper or use different websites that collect telephone numbers of fsbos. Most FSBOs are not willing to discount their property low enough for an investor to make any money off of.

Try looking for vacant properties, those will be of interest to investors.

I let this thread go on because I thought there would be a useful exchange based on the original question, “… Could anyone tell me how to find investors looking for people to bird dog for them?”
