Looking for someone to handle (2) tax liens i have in AZ.

I’ve got 2 tax liens in Apache County, Arizona. It’s time to start the foreclosure process on both of them. I’m looking for someone that can assist me in completing the foreclosure process or handle it entirely.

I’m assuming Apache county has a 2 year right of redemption, and you have both tax lien certificates.

I can assist you with the foreclosure proces in Apache County. It is probably in your best interest to participate in it also, rather than have someone else do it completely. You want to learn how to do it for the next time, and there is no better way of learning than by doing.

I’ll be at my office tomorrow, and we can communictae agin and maybe you can share some of the details on the certificates with me. Also, I got to do a quick review research of Apache County, (all 3,142 counties area little different, and I can’t remember them all)…

Thanks for the response. It’s actually 3 years in AZ, and its been 4. I didn’t have the means to foreclose last year.

I would rather be part of the process for sure. It’s the legal aspect that’s intimidating!

I thought it was three, yet I sometimes talk to investors in AZ who have told me 2…anyways, the first step you will most likely need to take is the acquire the other certificate that you do not currently own…if AZ is like FL…you must own all certificates before beginning foreclosure process…then we can go from there.

I currently own all the certificates, sorry for the confusion. I meant I didn’t have the $ last year to start the foreclosure process or the time to do it myself.
