Looking for small 8K loan

You know anyone with private money? I am looking to borrow 8K on a 24month note. We could do a very good interest rate. The loan would be for a mobile home for my dad. Worth 15K. I have the cash but I wanted to buy my next house with cash so I didn’t want to tie up the funds. We have excellent credit. 747 midscore. Let me know if you know anyone who would like a guaranteed return on their investment unlike the stock market.

We can get a personal loan or credit card loan but we didn’t want to lower our credit score if possible.

Not sure if credit is run but you could try Prosper.com

With credit like that you can easily get credit cards and cash advances. Otherwise lendingclub and prosper could work or pitch a private money opportunity to everyone you know. Many would jump at a double digit return with the uncertainty in the stock market. The numbers on the deal must be great.
