I am looking for a REO realtor with contacts with hard money lenders and general contractors. My business plan is to acquire some distressed properties to rehab and flip. I have 2 years tax returns, 674 credit score, 3.5 years stable work history and $50K cash. My debt to income ratio is high. That is why I plan to flip first rather than hold as rentals.
