I am currently looking to rehabs props in ATLANTA GA.

I know this is a HOT market for REI. Is it good for a newbie who wants to do rehabs??

You can do rehabs in any market and sale them!! It’s all about the marketing.
Everybody needs a house to live in!! It’s a need all across america
