I have searched many sites and can not find anyone who does hard money or private lending in the state of South Dakota. I am under contract on a rehab and I am not sure where to find a lender now that all of the leads on search engines have come up empty. I made sure to stay under the 70% LTV of the ARV. But can not find a lender in my state. Is there a way to find lenders for a specific state? Our county assessors office is not willing to give out information as helpful as one would like.
What loan amount are you needing? Is this a SFR or multi unit? A little more detail and I may be able to help point you in the right direction.
