looking for lender bad credit

My family has fell on hard times the past few years and we are looking to just start over. We lost everything including our dignity with the hurricanes here in Fl. We are looking to move to NC in the next few months and would like to get a small home or a manufactured home for ourselves. I need a 100% loan we are already promised jobs but just want a chance I have studied real estate investing and hopefully with our jobs and my starting investing we can pick ourselves back up and get out of this black hole we have been in. If there is anyone that can help or that knows of a way for us please let me know as soo as possible. We would greatly appreciate any help or information we can get.

Just how bad is your credit? Do you have money for a down payment? Are you looking for 100% financing? Do you have any former bankruptcy, or foreclosure? There are several questions that need to be answered so that you can get the help you need and deserve. I personally do a lot of business with several people who don’t have the best credit and sometimes either get 100% financing with just the lender or with the lender and the seller both financing part of the loan amount.

how good are your loan people ?

I will give you an example 560 t0 580 fico as well have a tax lean on credit and have no down payment // just started a new job

My question now is do you have a loan person whom could help this type of person and they live in washington // oregon area of the states

I would need to look at the credit report to see what I am working with. I do work with several banks to get the best payment and all the financing available to them. Of course everything is based on the credit, income, amount they need to take out, as well as several other factors. How long ago did they change jobs & why? Is it for a higher ? Is it in the same field? The main thing you must do when working with a loan is the way you structure the loan when you show it to the lender.

This sounds doable…100% financing/Owner Occupied/WA/SFR/Mid FICO of 580/Full Doc/DTI of 50/First Time Homebuyer Allowed/Less Then 2 Years Employment (Wage Earner)…

Regards,

As other posters have alluded, we would need to know more information in order to be conclusive.
