Hi, :help I am new to investing. Live in Carson City, Nv. Have looked at many foreclosures, mostly nice looking properties from the outside. People here are hurting just like everywhere else. If there is anyone who would like to invest in a nice small town, I’m looking for investors for a finders fee. :biggrin
Why don’t you put an ad in the paper to attract investors to you.
That or post in craigslist or other online ad sites as well as a direct mail campaign.
Thanks, that’s a good idea about the paper. I will try it. I was told that this site was good for connecting with investors so I’m giving it a try.
