First get the deals, the investors will come. I started by running ads on CL when ever I found a smoking deal. If it’s a great deal you will have to beat them off with a stick.

I find that it easier sometime to find a lender if your credit is decent or you have 20% to put down on a property and the nice part you keep the profit.
