I don’t have any experience with that program specifically, but I think you’d get a great education out of reading the forums on this site and also joining your local Real Estate Investor Association. You’ll get great advice on here (and it’s free). Save your money to do some deals rather than pay some “guru” for a seminar. Find someone in your area who is successful at doing the type of REI you’re interested in. Take them to lunch and pick their brain. Don’t reinvent the wheel; follow a proven method.
