Hi, I am looking for a good hard money lender that lends in Louisiana and that can close in 14 days. One that is not credit driven if i have to put money down and pay for closing thats fine but i need the money ASAP. If anybody can help me i will b truly grateful the money lenders the better.

Yes i did but most of the lenders I talked to go of your credit score the rest take 30-45 days to close.
You need private money not hard money. You can find them locally at your local real estate investor’s club meetings. If you don’t have time to wait until you get there call the organizer of the club. He will probably know who you can call.
