Has anyone heard of a company called http://www.foreclosuretrackers.com? I am looking for foreclosure education / training and data provider. They seem to have an interesting strategy of foreclosure investing with defaulted mortgages and wanted to see what the community thought before I made a decision.

what do you mean by data provider?
I have heard of them, but have not worked with them at any level. However what I have heard is all good things. I think they have free foreclosure webinars and seminars.
I guess this brings up a question that I have: how does one find out about foreclosed properties in their area? I am a new investor, yet to make his first deal, so forgive me if this is obvious.
