I have an accepted offer on a single family home (rehab). Looking for full financing of $260,000 Canadian. The property will flip for $359,000. The offer is subject to financing and a home inspection. My original partner had to back out(wife did not won’t to go ahead with it). I am looking for anyone who can help me out or give me a direction of how I can get this financed.
