What is the easiest way to build a buyers list across the nation? Has anyone got any suggestions?

Join in real estate investment clubs or association, you’ll learn a great deal. And also local county courthouse and find out when and where auctions take place in your area.

Build a buyer’s list the fast way with these methods:

  1. A Landing Page - collect emails and names;

  2. Advertise the Landing Page on Craigslist, Google PPC and social media like Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter;

  3. Network on social media outlets - write posts every day, connect to other investors, wholesalers, etc.

  4. Establish your own blog and connect it to your landing page.

With just these few methods you will collect hundreds of names in a few weeks.
If you are more ambitious, host local seminars and webinars. Participate at your local real estate investors’ meetings as a speaker or event organizer.

Call all we buy houses signs. Use search engine to type in “your city” real estate investing and any other forms of the terms. Attend all local REIA meetings attend auctions. Write down buyers from building permits you see in the window. Above all be creative and aware.

It would be good if you place ad in newspapers or classified ads sites. When investors begin calling get their information. Take their name, contact number, fax, and email and put all this information in your database.
