I’m looking for an investor/ lender to buy my house, and lease option it back to me, then sell it to me based on making my payments on time.
This is not due to bad credit, but due being a new investor and we do not want the mortgage on our credit.
I have fair credit, great mortgage and rental payment history. The house should be appraised at $135 and we would like to offer $100.

What are you trying to accomplish?
First of all I don’t want two mortgages on my credit. I’m just starting my business, and have not yet tried to obtain a loan from an HML.
Our house burned down. The insurance is sending me a good chunk of money for my personal items. The insurance company is also paying my rent for two years. I would like the option to buy the house I’m in, when its all done. The house I’m renting is for sale. I don’t tust the current owner to do a lease option, due to several collection letters for them in our mail box.
