I have a residential home, and needing to find a hard money loan or private financing, huge equity in this property, this is a LTV of about 50-60%, good for an investor. Need to find funds FAST! Does anyone know who might fund/loan in Kansas? As many I have searched do not offer lending in the state of KS, a tough one, any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
