I am looking for a good title company that is experienced in doing simultaneous closing for option deals and selling houses to rehab investors. If you know of any please leave the name along with the number and city they are in?

I’ve heard from several sources that CA can no longer do “dry” double closings. The end buyers funds are no longer sufficient to close the “A” to “B” transaction.
Have you heard of the “1 day double close” loan? It was created just for this problem when states or title companies will not allow your objective. Private investors will give you 100% of the purchase price & costs with NO questions asked as long as your end buyer’s funds are lined up and you close at the same title company.
