I just recently join this site so please excuse if I am not posting this the right way. I a new investor in the process of building my team. I already have a couple of properties that I am looking at in baltimore. How do I find a buyer’s broker/realtor who is an investor as well to work with me? I would really appreciate it .

Did you just get out of the Russ Whitney 3 day seminair? Team building is what they talked about when I went to the seminair.

This website has a lot of links for Gov owned homes. You can also go to realtor.com and search local listings and to find a realtor in your area. Chances are you will have to meet with some of those Realtors to get a good feel for them as individuals.
