I’m trying to give away a manufactured home to be moved. The fellow who is trying to get it moved owns a mobile park (multiple mobile home parks). If he can get it moved, he will set it up in his park and then sell it to a buyer on time payments.
That looks like a good income stream to me, He gets payments on the house plus he collects park rent. Then, of course, if the buyer defaults, he sells it all over again.
I’m giving him the house for free and it will cost him about $12,000 to get it moved and set up in his park. It won’t take him long to recoup that investment and then it is gravy after that.
