How do you go about re-keying locks? Do most of you change the locks out or re-key them? I thinking about getting a re-keying set up off of eBay for about $60.

I change the locks after each tenant. I save the lock from the previous tenant and use it on the next vacant unit.
I think we had a good thread about this a few months ago. Some great suggestions came from it.
I do the same thing. It’s faster than re-keying and cheaper. I’ve had enough lock changes that I rarely by new locks these days. When I need to change them, I pull an old one from the lock bucket.
