Greetings to All:
I’m now eight months in to the REI business. I started with a cheap late night program. I learned a few things that really got me interested and motivated. My concern now is;
how to locate the seller on the deed
What I’m doing is going to the court house, looking for seller financing. The deed gives the seller address, but of course the address is not the same. The seller moved or have a new address.
Can someone please advise of a method of locating the seller.
: ) Thanks for your response. I cannot afford a skip tracer now, but I will keep the idea in mind. I also appreciate your helpful links. There is plenty information to read on.
Your in the REI business and you can’t afford 35 bucks? I’m not saying this to be a wise ass but you need to be sure that you are financially stable before jumping into this.
It’s not so much of can not afford $35.00, yes I can do that. Maybe I did’nt explain what I’m doing. I’m a cashflow consultant. I locate seller financing. prepare the data to be submitted to the investor. When finding the seller, the profit is made when the seller decides he/she want to sell their future installments. Currently I have 48 notes I’m working on. Who to say that when I pay the $36.00 the seller will cashout? I have the notes, you have the cash, lets be partners. :o
The late night program might be Dalbey? And your a note broker a.k.a. cash flow consultant, correct? I have notes myself, have sold partial purchases of notes, and brokered some myself.
Yes, it was with the Dalby program. I have expanded with local investors in VA in selling notes. I also have investors in CA that buy notes. Are you continue buy or broking notes? Do you have notes you wish to cash out? I hope I can come to you for advise.
Yes I still have notes and not interested in cashing out. Cash flows are too nice. And no I don’t broker notes anymore. Too much time spent that went for nothing in the end. I decided to start buying real estate instead.
Okaayyyy, that takes care of that. So how is the real estate investing doing for your? I’m ventering into the investing world and continuing finding notes for investors.
