Wondering if anyone could help me with some ideas on locating partners for flips. So far I have had 2 properties that I located, ran extensive number crunching on and found that they were good deals to be bought below market, rehabbed and sold at market for a nice profit. Propblem was I had no cash to come in the deals with and tried to find partners to split the deals with. I attended some local real estate club meetings and found 90% of the folks there were all in the same boat…cash poor. I lost both deals because I couldn’t jump on them in time. Any ideas where I can be in touch with money partners for future deals I find? :banghead
partners are going to be a lot harder to find then people to just assign to. I would work on developing a buyers list, then assign to those people. Dont make the mistake of looking for homes before looking for buyers, thats like shopping for baby clothes without a girlfriend if you get my drift.
