Where are you trying to find them? What are you wanting them to do?
I’m looking for title companies that do sub2 deals or assignment of contract in Pa.
Have you run it by any of the local title companies or asked other local investors who they use?

I have called some in my area and they didnt do them. But i will try investors when i find a rei club in my area. Thank you
i suggest going to your local real estate investment club meeting and asking around there. That’s where I found my attorney when I started doing sub 2 deals 6 years ago. He now closes all my sub2 deals. I hope this helps you
