The best way is to find a realtor that specializes and understands commercial property. Secondly, you can go o n the net and find the numerous listings of business brokers that have commercial listings. Also, you will find commercial properties posted on auction sites on the net.

Get a CCIM agent and go to the CCIM site for listings. Loopnet is always a good choice since MLS won’t have much. Many commerical agents skip MLS.
