Is it possible for me to get a home loan even if im a full time college student but dont work? If so what kind can i get? I am starting on my first property and i am going to be self employed (working full time in Real Estate investing/ development) my first property, i look to quickly flip so i can have some funds to be able live in my 2nd investment and sell it after i graduate from the University. First you should check your credit, and maybe you might be able to get a nina loan-no income, no assets if score is right. Second option is to try a land contract.
