I was told a nevada LLC is the best to have because their LLC’s able to hide money. Is this true? Also, can I set up a LLC over the internet?

Do so only if you want an LLC that will collapse under a determined creditor attack.
NV entities are a product of mass marketing. Get an entity in the state where you operate.
an LLC is an LLC is an LLC. Doesn’t matter how or where it gets set up as long as you have a certificate of organization from the state.
the real work is in the operating agreement. Do the LLC yourself if you want, and pay an atty for an Op Agreement.
