So, i’ll make the LLC and then affter purchase turn my property on to it. So, I was thinking of doing this so I can get a business cred card so I can finance my contraxtors and other expences, does this sound good? As alot of cards have 0% interest for 15 months.
Home Depot also has that credit offer and it is a little easier to obtain! They also have contractor’s
