For all those who have filed articles of organization and are LLC’s, how important is it that you publish your announcement in the newspapers. Some people say its no longer necessary some people I have too… Please shed a little insight. Thanx

It would make sense to have an Operating Agreement drafted and on file instead of making a public announcement about the LLC. The operating agreement can help you to further define the role and function of the LLC in your investment business.
