Hello-I was hoping to get clarity on this issue
My husband and I have our 9-5 jobs (IT and healthcare)
Recently, we started investing in real estate ( 3 rental prop in TX, 1 model prop with lease back option). Things are going well so far.
We are making plans to meet with an account/lawyer for advise.
My husband and I (per suggestions from Friends) are suggesting forming LLC.
Is this necessary at this early stage
