Any advice on whether I should form an llc for my properties and if so, which companies would you recommend?
I was looking into an online service called LLC.com. There’s so many out there its hard to choose, so if you have any advice it would be appreciated. I live in New Jersey by the way.

Online LLCs are a waste of time and money. You can get the same benefit (i. e. very little) doing it yourself. If you want real protection, then you will need to have a qualified planner draft your documents.
