Hi – I like to create an LLC for my properties, and place them in a trust for anaminity. I currently live in California, but my properties are in Tennessee. I like to create the LLC in either Nevada or Delaware, unless it is better for me to create it in Tennessee. Who do I need to have when creating the Trust to manage? Any recommendations for the LLC and Trust will be greatly appreciated.
