could I sign a purchase contract in my anme and have the property deeded to my llc and the loan in my llc name with a personal guarantee? Or do I need to do the contract to purchase in my llc name? Thanks for your help
if the LLC is going to own it, and incur debt to acquire it, the contract needs to come from the LLC.
