I am considering putting my rental property into an LLC with myself as the single member. Does this affect the eviction process? Can I represent the LLC in court during the eviction like I can represent myself now or would I need a lawyer once I am renting under the LLC? I am in Arizona.

You can do it yourself. You may take a copy of your paperwork to prove you are the managing partner but it should not be necessary.
