Be sure to contact your list provider before you purchase a list, and find out when their data was last abstracted (updated). It will save you lots of grief and wasted money (and time).

Its not just listsource.com Most of the sites one visits today is filled with either redundant or old data. Sites related to real estate must be updated at least once a week. You could filter these with Google’s advanced tools.
