  7. YOUR LENDER/MTG BROKER
  8. YOUR INSPECTOR (for homes you are buying). I use one that realtors dread called “The Dealbreaker”. He finds absolutely everything that’s wrong and helps my negotiations tremendously.
  9. YOUR TRUSTEE (he collects your rents, sends out default notices, and defends your property.
  10. YOUR MAILMAN - He delivers your positive cash flow checks.
  11. YOUR HIP POCKET - CPA OR TAX SOFTWARE OPTIONAL – REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY NOT RECOMMENDED.
  12. YOUR BANKER. - When your hip pocket becomes full.
