I was thinking if i could list my own home as pre foreclosure it would give me a much bigger pool of buyers. Every investor that calls me i can get there information and add them to my buyers list. Is this even possible?
Are you saying that you want to list your own residence on MLS as pre-foreclosure in an effort to attract buyers?
Setting aside everything that is just wrong about that, 95% of the people who are going to contact you will be represented by an agent, which means no contact information for you.

How did you plan to do that other than stop paying your mortgage?
Why don’t you just list one of the preforeclosures that you bought or already have in contract?
I have not had a preforeclosure listed, but have gotten a lot of quality cash buyers when I advertise preforeclosures in the newspaper.
