The Warren Group is the only mailing list provider I put any stock in for New England (They also publish the Banker & Tradesman)—you can find them at http://www.thewarrengroup.com/Templates/HomePage.aspx …
They have a search engine on their site that allows you to filter for a variety of parameters—if you don’t get any joy doing it that way, call them and they will create a custom list for you…
