Great link for quick access to REO’s for various banks. Always helps to have them easily listed out.

Another great source is through the HomePath program listing Fannie Mae’s properties. Easily searched and offers great financing options…

This link is worth reading and it can be better implemented. I just want to know will this database effective.

One can get the list of REO’s and form any source you can get that. I got one source where you will find some links of the websites providing REC services and some are of the lenders REO department.

databases are normally not very good for finding reos. I wouldn’t bother with it.

Yeah, its a great list of REO’s. Well, after a long time I have been to this board and big hello to all my fellow posters and mods here.
