Your schedule as a Realtor can be pretty flexible. Many people hold their license, but have other jobs too. My understanding is that you’ll have to “hang” your license somewhere with a broker. They’ll usually want a cut so unless you’re a broker, you’ll probably be sharing some of the commission.
