Hello all I wondering what “List Brokers” everyone is using. I have been using www.claritas.com and I’ve been having moderate success. :banghead What national List Brokers is everyone else using and having success with??? :biggrin
I tend not to use national lists. I prefer to find local lists because their information tends to be more up to date for the locality I am focused on.

I have up to date local lists available nationwide. They are as up to date as others you find in your home town. A lot of home-town list brokers get their lists from nationwide list brokers anyways so just go with the better deal.
