could anyone please help me with how to start investing. My partner and I are familar with all the different ways (ie SS, Lis pendens, ETC). Our problem is we are not sure how to get started. We are going to send out letters to lis pendens for our county, but we would like to find out how to get in touch with people that are willing to short sale, etc. Any seasoned investors that could point us in the right direction would be appreciated. What are the steps? Are you mailing letters to Lis Pendens … Are you getting list from Title companies…
